The GoBright Booking Assistant helps you manage workplace bookings through simple conversations. Just type what you need in natural language to book a room, desk, or parking space, view reservations, or make changes quickly and easily.
The following instructions will guide you through the installation of the GoBright Booking Assistant.
While logged in into your Teams application, navigate to the 'Apps' section on the left sidebar.
Click on 'Manage your apps' at the left bottom of the screen.
At the top, click on the 'Upload an app' button.
A pop-up window will open with the following options.
The first option is available if you want to test the 'Booking assistant' for yourself or a small team by uploading a file that will be provided by our GoBright Customer Success team (cs@gobright.com) during this early access period.
The second option is for submitting the 'Booking assistant' app to the whole organization by submitting it to your IT admin for approval.
When the 'Booking assistant' application is deployed, you can see the GoBright logo on the left side bar where you can click on it and open the 'Booking assistant'.
