Your current time zone is now displayed in the portal next to your profile.
The displayed time zone is automatically detected based on your device settings, helping you verify that bookings, schedules, and other time-sensitive information are shown according to your local time.
If you travel or work across different regions, this helps ensure your bookings are displayed in the correct time zone.
Book in different time zone
If you want to make a booking in a location that is in a different time zone than your own, you can first select the desired time zone by clicking on your current time zone.
A list of available time zones will be displayed. This list includes all time zones configured for the locations available in your portal. Once you select a different time zone, all booking times will be shown according to that selected time zone, making it easier to schedule bookings across multiple locations.
Once you have selected a different time zone, you can choose a resource located in that time zone and create your booking accordingly. All available times will be displayed based on the selected time zone, ensuring that your booking is scheduled accurately for the chosen location.
Your bookings are displayed on the left-hand side of the portal under My Bookings.
View booking time zone
If you switch your time zone back to your local time zone, any bookings that are scheduled in a different time zone will be marked with a globe icon. By hovering your mouse over the globe icon, you can view the original booking time and the associated time zone, making it easy to identify and manage bookings across multiple locations and time zones.
Room bookings are displayed in the Timeline section. They are shown according to your selected time zone, and the time display will automatically adjust if you change your personal time zone settings. See the example below:
