The GoBright booking assistant makes it quick and easy to manage your workplace bookings through simple conversations.
Instead of navigating through different menus or portals, you can just type what you need in natural language and get instant results. It helps you save time by guiding you through booking a room, desk, or parking space, checking your existing reservations, or making changes when needed. The experience is designed to be intuitive and efficient, so you can manage your bookings effortlessly from anywhere.

Use the Gobright Booking assistant
Book a space
Need a meeting room, desk, or parking space? Simply tell the chatbot what you need, including the preferred date, time, and location. The chatbot will present available options, allowing you to choose and confirm your booking in just a few clicks.
Be as specific as possible when entering your requirements, including date, time, duration, and specific location, to ensure the most accurate results and reduce back-and-forth communication.
The system will then show you a list of available rooms, desks or parking spaces. You can also request recommended spaces in different locations by clicking the relevant button 'Different location'.
Once you find a suitable space you would like to book, click the 'Book' button to proceed. You will be prompted to confirm or decline the booking. Before confirming, you can still ask the Chat bot to adjust for you certain details, such as extending the duration beyond the suggested time.
After you confirm, the booking will be created and saved for you.
View your bookings
You can ask the chatbot for an overview of your bookings for any specific day. The chatbot will display your scheduled reservations and, if needed, give you the option to cancel a booking directly from the conversation.
Ask the chat bot with very specific question to get the best results for your query.
You can cancel a booking from here by selecting the relevant reservation from your list and clicking the 'Cancel' option. Once confirmed, the booking will be removed from your schedule.
Check a colleague's bookings
Need to know whether a colleague has a room, desk, or parking reservation on a particular day? The chatbot can provide an overview of their bookings, making it easier to coordinate schedules and workplace arrangements.
Just enter your colleague’s full name and the specific date and time, and the system will show you where they have a booking scheduled for that period.
Note: For room booking, the GoBright booking assistant will only display the meeting room where the booking takes place. Please note that private information, such as the meeting subject, will not be shared.
