To reset an Interact device, follow the instructions below.
- Locate the small reset hole on the left side of the Interact device.
- Use a small screwdriver or a paperclip to press and hold the reset button inside the hole.
- Press and hold the reset button while the Interact device is powered on.
- Hold the button for 5–10 seconds until the device resets.
