Check the connection of your printer with your Visitor Kiosk Display. You need to enter the settings by closing the Kiosk Mode. Click here for more information about how to exit the Kiosk Mode.
In the setting you will find the printer settings as one of the options at the bottom. Check the connection with your printer there.
The badge printer needs to be connected with Bluetooth to your Visitor Kiosk Display. If the badge printer has no bluetooth connection or has an unstable bluetooth connection, it cannot receive the order to print the badge.
