Warning: sending SMS/notification failed. What to do?

If this message shows up in emails to hosts of visitors:

Sending SMS/notification failed, please contact your system administrator about this

SMS and/or push notifications are enabled within the GoBright Portal but the host's phone number is not present and/or the host doesn't have the GoBright mobile app installed so push notifications cannot be delivered. 

This is a combined warning message for both SMS and push notifications. As such, this message may show up even if SMS isn't enabled within your GoBright environment.
