With an NFC badge or sticker, it's possible to sign at a desk. This does require a certain setup within GoBright for it to function correctly. When there are issues with signing in please review all steps below:
- The Connect is up and running and joined with the Gateway
Join the Connect with a Gateway - The user is known within GoBright and the NFC ID is known as well
User configuration - The user has permissions to book the specific desk
User roles - The color of the Connect is green to indicate that the desk is available, if it's showing another color the meaning can be found in the article below:
