Before a Connect can be joined with a Multi Gateway there are few requirements that must be met:
- The Multi Gateway must be properly connected and functional
Installing a Gateway - The Connect must be powered by a USB or LINAK cable
Installing a Connect - The Connect must be added within the GoBright platform or by using the mobile app
Join the Connect with a Multi Gateway
If the Connect still does not join with the Multi Gateway it might be a hardware issue. Please review all steps within each article carefully and if in doubt contact your reseller.
