Make sure the Multi Gateway is up to date. Updates can be performed from the GoBright Portal.
If the Multi Gateway isn't communicating with the Portal there are a few ways to troubleshoot:
The Multi Gateway requires power either via the standard power cord, or it can be connected using a Power over Ethernet (POE) cable. Both ways are fine as long as it's powered constantly.
To communicate with the GoBright platform an ethernet cable is required. As discussed above it can be a POE cable to act as a power source as well. Wi-Fi is not available on the Multi Gateway.
Check the power and internet connection by checking the color and icon combination of the Multi Gateway.
The Multi Gateway has 4 LED's which show the state of the Multi Gateway.
