Before a Connect can be joined with a Gateway there a few requirements that must be met:
- The Gateway must be properly connected and functional

- The Connect must be powered by a USB or LINAK cable

- The Connect must be added within the GoBright platform or by using the mobile app
Join the Connect with a Gateway
If the Connect still does not join with the Gateway it might be a hardware issue. Please review all steps below and within each article carefully and if in doubt contact your reseller.
