The GoBright Room display, Wayfinder and Map Viewer can be integrated as an HTML5 website. However, management features and hardware-dependent capabilities, such as NFC integration, will not be available when using this integration method. 

To integrate a viewer, you first need to create it as a device in the GoBright portal and activate it using the 'Direct access url'.

Each device is registered in the GoBright portal and linked to its spesicif settings and purpose, such as Room display, Wayfinder or Map Viewer. 

Activating a device (room display / player)

1. Log in to the GoBright portal with your manager account and go to Settings > Devices.
2. Click Add to create a new device, or select an existing device from the list to edit it.
3. Select the appropriate Profile. The profile determines the purpose of the device:
   • Room Display profile → the device functions as a room display.
   • Wayfinder profile → the device functions as a wayfinder.
   • Other profiles can be selected depending on the intended use of the device.
4. Configure the settings related to the selected profile. For example, if you select the Room Display profile, you must also select the room that should be displayed on the device.
5. If you are adding a new device, save the device first. After saving, select the device from the list to open it again for editing.
6. Under Activate via, select Direct access URL.
7. Click Generate URL.
8. A Direct access URL will be generated. Copy this URL and open it in a browser on the device where you want to use the GoBright interface.

The device is now configured and can be used according to the selected profile.

A device that has been activated using a 'Direct access URL' will be shown in the device list with the status 'URL generated'.
