In-Room Signage allows you to display scheduled content on a screen associated with a meeting room. When the room display has been inactive for 30 seconds, the scheduled content is displayed alongside the upcoming room bookings. Touching the screen immediately returns it to the room booking panel.
This feature requires an additional license and an Android device running Android 8 or higher.
Your scheduled content will be displayed on the room display whenever it is idle.
Tap the screen to start making your booking.
Further in this article, you’ll find detailed instructions on how to activate the license and configure In-Room Signage on your room panel.
