This is an installation guide on how to install GoBright on the Neat Frame from factory settings. By installing the GoBright app on your Neat Frame, you'll be able to easily access room booking and enhance the overall user experience in the office.
The Neat devices need GoBright device app version 14.14 or higher.

1. Go to your PC to https://pulse.neat.no and sign in

2. If you don’t have a Neat Pulse plan, sign up here: https://neat.no/pulse/#plans

3. Go to Profiles and Press “+” Add profile

4. Give the profile a name and use these settings:

5. Save it

6. Select Apps on the left and scroll down to “Other (Neat Boards, Neat Frame)” and here toggle the GoBright switch

7. Choose Automatically install and switch to this app on all App Hub devices and click Enable

8. Now turn on the Neat Frame

9. Choose language and press continue

10. Connect the Neat Frame with your WiFi connection - Continue

11. Select the time zone where the Neat Frame is installed - Continue

12. Toggle 24h time at your preference – Continue

13. A Neat enrollment code is needed

14. On your PC: Go to Devices and press Add device

15. Fill in a name of space of device and select the just created profile - Continue

16. Fill in the enrollment code on your Neat Frame and wait for the enrollment to finish - Continue

17. Choose if you want to share device Analytics and improvements with Neat – Continue

18. Confirm the Confirm the Camera preview by pressing Looks Good button

19. If needed Configure Framing boundary, if not – skip

20. Choose platform: Select Other and press Continue

21. Select GoBright and press Continue

22. “You’re all set!” Press Launch Neat Apps

23. The GoBright App is now installed and will start

24. Check the connection and the time zone and press Confirm

25. The Activation code is given to activate your Neat Frame in the GoBright Portal
- 26. Activate your device by entering the activation code in your Portal as explained in the article The display shows an activation code
