This is an installation guide on how to install the GoBright App on the Neat Pad from factory settings. By following this step-by-step guide, you can set up the app on your Neat Pad, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for managing your office space.
The Neat devices need device app version 14.14 or higher.

1. Go to your PC to https://pulse.neat.no and sign in

2. If you don’t have a Neat Pulse plan, sign up here: https://neat.no/pulse/#plans

3. Go to Profiles and Press “+” Add profile

4. Give the profile a name and use these settings:

5. Save it

6. Select Apps on the left and under Room availability toggle the GoBright switch

7. Choose Automatically install and switch to this app on all App Hub devices and click Enable

8. Now turn on the Neat Pad

9. Choose language and press continue

10. Select “Add Neat Pad for room availability“ and press continue

11. Press Skip (or take a look at the mounting guide)

12. Make sure The Neat Pad is connected to the internet. POE+ and press Continue

13. Select the time zone where the Neat Pad is installed - Continue

14. Toggle 24h time at your preference – Continue

15. A Neat enrollment code is needed

16. On your PC: Go to Devices and press Add device

17. Fill in a name of space of device and select the just created profile - Coninue

18. Fill in the enrollment code on your Neat Pad - Continue

19. Choose if you want to share device Analytics and improvements with Neat and press Continue

20. Select Other and press Continue

21. Select GoBright and press Continue

22. “You’re all set!” Press Launch Neat Apps

23. The GoBright App is now installed and will start

24. Check the connection and the time zone and press Confirm

25. The Activation code is given to activate tour Neat Pad in the GoBright Portal
