Follow these steps to configure the Lehmann integration.
Add the integration
- Go to the GoBright Portal
- Go to the Admin Center
- Click Integrations
- Click Add
- Give it a name
- External system: Select Locker Lehmann
- Fill in these values, obtained from Lehmann
- GoBright locker interface url
- GoBright locker interface authentication url
- GoBright locker client id
- GoBright locker client secret
- Click Save
Configure locker types
- Go to Meet-Work-Visit
- Go to Settings > Work
- Go to Locker tags/types
- Click Add
- Give it a name
For example: large, medium or small - Locker system: select Lehmann
- Lehmann locker tag id: fill in the tag id obtained from Lehmann (case sensitive!)
- Click Save
- Repeat for each locker tag/type
Configure locker banks
- Go to Meet-Work-Visit
- Go to Settings > Work
- Go to Locker banks
- Click Add
- Give it a name
- Select a location
- Integration: select Lehmann locker integration
- Lehman locket bank id: fill in the locker bank id obtained from Lehmann
- Click Save
- Repeat for each locker bank
