In this article we would like to explain the possibilities with GoBright Meet and Outlook/Office 365.
By default our platform is used for the integration of Room mailboxes to be able to book your Rooms from anywhere. However, it is possible to integrate different kind of resource mailboxes within your GoBright environment. In this article we will discuss Car parking and Carpooling as resource.
In the two cases below you will see examples of those resources.
In GoBright you can add a resource mailbox and assign it to a car parking spot, so you will be able to book a car parking and assign different user roles to include and/or exclude the car parking spots.
For example, in GoBright you can add the resource mailbox of your Car Parking as a "Room" under Meet and optionally set up the following below:
- Amenities: Car Parking or Types: Car Parking
- Map: draw a map of your parking lot and assign the parking spaces to a car parking element
- Location: assign the car parking element and map to a new location to use for filtering and user role assignment
With this set up you can book a Car Parking spot via GoBright, GoBright Outlook Plugin, GoBright Mobile app and Mapviewer.
In GoBright you can add a resource mailbox and assign it to a car for carpooling, so you will be able to book a car and assign different user roles to include and/or exclude the car parking spots.
For example, in GoBright you can add the resource mailbox of your Carpool as a "Room" under Meet and optionally set up the following below:
- Amenities: Car or Types: Carpool
- Map: draw a map of your parking lot and assign the parking spaces to a car for carpooling
- Location: assign the car element and map to a new location to use for filtering and user role assignment
With this set up you can book a Car for carpooling via GoBright, GoBright Outlook Plugin, GoBright Mobile app and Mapviewer.
