With the new GoBright Advanced Analytics license, you can leverage detailed reports on all your resources, helping you optimize their usage for maximum efficiency. With this addition you will instantly have access to new detailed dashboards that will provide even more dynamic value and powerful insights.
The Basic Analytics is still available in the GoBright Portal, we’ve just updated the experience within the Analytics section with a new tab called 'Reports'.

Whereas the Basic Analytics offers real-time insights into workplace performance, occupancy rates, and utilization, the Advanced Analytics features separate dashboards which are offering focused insights for more streamlined management. Detailed charts and graphs that are fully clickable in order to gain valuable insights for a deeper analysis of trends, resource types, and occupancy/booking. A dashboard where lines can be toggled on and off to easily adjust and access insights that will support and expedite transforming your workplace efficiently and comfortably.
All Dashboards include interactive data as well as long-term historical data, enabling accurate predictions for optimal office usage.

Although this part of our product is currently in its beta version, it is fully functional and ready for use. We continue to enhance its capabilities and add new features, which is why it remains in beta.
The Reports page offers a variety of reports that are both interesting and provide valuable insights for your needs. In the following section of this article, explore each report individually for a detailed overview.

- Filter by location and select a time range, which is allowing you to view data from the past 365 days.
- By clicking on the question mark icon next to each report, you can view a detailed description of its contents.
- Gain comprehensive insights from the reports and customize them by sub-type. You can view the default report, which can be further tailored by sub-type for a more detailed analysis just by clicking on any of the sub-types in the default report. Use the Reload button to go back to the initial report.
