Download MaxHub Firmware

Below you will find per display type the right Firmware:

Installing the Firmware  

1. Download the firmware file for your MaxHub device (see above)
2. Unzip the compressed file in the root of an FAT32 formatted USB drive
3. Open unzipped file folder, cut 'upgrade_xxx', return to root directory and paste 'upgrade_xxx'
4. Shut down the MaxHub
5. Insert USB stick into the USB3.0 port of the TV
6. Press and hold the power button on the side of the display for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will turn blue momentarily and will 'twinkle' blue and red.
7. Do not shut down power while the firmware upgrade is taking place. Once the upgrade is complete, the display will restart. 

Start up the display

1. Connect the device to the network using a PoE+ cable and a power adapter
2. (Optional) Perform a factory reset on the device: Go to Settings> System> Advance Settings> Reset Factory> Confirm
3. Select ScreenShare
   
4. Select the gear icon in the top right corner
   
5. Select Safety tab in the prompt setting window
   
6. Select 'The passing code is often displayed' and choose HIDE.
   
7. Close the window and go back to the main menu.
8. Select Settings and System
   
   
9. Scroll down to Advance Settings and enable Install unknown apps
   
   
10. Go back via the arrow back icon in the top and go back to the main menu.
    

There are two ways to install the GoBright app:

1. Via the browser on the device
2. Via a USB stick
    

Download the GoBright Device app (via the browser on the device)

1. Select the 9 dots in the right-bottom corner
   
2. Open the Browser app
   
3. Browse to https://install.gobright.cloud and select View
   
4. Select Android 8 or higher
   
5. Select Download GoBright Device App (xx.xx) and confirm by tapping Download anyway
   
   
6. Select Open and Install
   
   
7. If its installed select Done (don't select open yet)
   
8. Close the window and go back to the main menu
9. Proceed to Install the GoBright Device app

Download the GoBright Device app (Via a USB stick)

1. Download the latest GoBright-device app .apk file on your computer via: https://install.gobright.cloud/fulldeviceapp/?mode=download&version=14.33
2. Copy the downloaded file to a USB stick and put the stick in the MaxHub device
3. Open Finder and open the USB folder
   
   
4. Double click on the GoBright device app and select Install
   
   
5. If its installed select Done (don't select open yet)
   
6. Close the window so that you are back in the main menu
7. Proceed to Install the GoBright Device app

Install the GoBright Device App

1. Select Settings and System
   
   
2. Scroll down and select Startup & Shutdown
   
3. Select by Startup Channel in the drop-down menu Android 
   
4. Select the arrow at Default Startup Item
   
5. Choose in the drop-down menu GoBright - Device and select arrow back icon in the top 
   
6. Select by Energy Saving topic the Auto Power Off and choose Never
   
7. Go back to the main menu and open All apps by clicking the 9 dots
   
8. Open the GoBright app 
   
9. Select While using the app and Allow
   
   
10. Check Date and time (change if necessary) and select Confirm and reboot
    

11. After reboot your GoBright Activation Code is presented 

    

With the activation code you're able to go to the next step and activate the display in the GoBright portal
