Parking spaces can be categorized by assigning a type to each space. This makes it easier to filter for specific spaces when searching for a parking space and improves the search options available in Analytics.

For example, you can create types such as Charging Point for spaces with an EV charging station or Accessible for wider spaces that provide additional room for getting in and out of a vehicle.

CREATE PARKING SPACE TYPES

Go to Settings > Park and select Types from the sidebar menu.

The list of existing types is displayed on the right-hand side. To add a new type, click the blue Add button in the top-right corner.

ASSIGN PARKING TYPES

Once the types have been created, you can assign them to individual parking spaces.

Go to Settings > Park and select Parking Spaces from the sidebar menu. Select an existing parking space or add a new one by clicking the blue Add button in the top-right corner.

Select the appropriate type from the Type drop-down menu, then save the parking space.
