When a visitor does not check-in using the digital reception it's possible to sign them in manually. Log in to the GoBright portal with your manager account, and choose Visitors > All Visitors. On this page navigate to the Signed in tab and click on the following button:
By adding the visitor you are able to add any (missing) details to the visitor and save the changes. After this step the visitor can be signed in using the Sign in now button:
You can skip the step above when adding a visitor by selecting the Save and sign in button:
The visitor has now been signed in and the host receives an email that the visitor has arrived.
Only a visitor manager willl be able to sign-in all visitors manually, other users are only able to sign-in their own visitors on the Visitors > My Visitors page.
