Service handling page: New design coming up!

Within a few weeks, the service handling page will receive a fresh new design.

In the current service overview, customers have difficulty with getting a good overview of the service requests. Some users have noted that the information displayed from the request can be not fully shown, for example ‘4 lunch p….’. This means users have to hover over or open the request to get the full information.

We’re currently working on creating a clearer overview that displays all relevant information for each request—see the image below for a preview. In addition, we’ve grouped all items per order together, rather than filtering them by delivery time. We've also shortened the endless scrolling for a smoother and more efficient browsing experience.
