The Logicdata Control Box only sends a message of it's status during the startup period for less than a second directly after the power is turned-on. The GoBright Interact has to know the type and settings of the desk before it can control it.
Therefore the Interact needs to be powered-on and fully booted (which can take approx. 20-30 sec) before the Logicdata Control Box is powered.
If the Interact is turned on after the Logicdata Control Box is turned on, a message is shown on the Interact: "No desk detected"
We understand that this can be an issue after a power outage because then the Interact and Control Box receive power at the same time.
After a power outage and the Interact and control box are booted at the same time when the power is back on, you have to turn OFF and back ON the Logicdata Control Box manually again. The Interact will then correctly receive the state of the Logicdata Control Box and it will be paired with the desk.
We can not change the behavior of the Logicdata Control Box so we are investigating with Logicdata on how to fix this with their desks.
